According to Hai, the social housing project invested in by the company is not merely a housing construction project, but also demonstrates the company’s determination and sense of responsibility in realizing the Government’s and Dong Nai Province’s policy on social housing development.
Block B comprises 416 apartments, with a total investment of 268 billion VND. Upon completion, the project will provide stable, convenient, and safe housing for civil servants, public employees, low-income earners, and especially households whose land has been acquired for the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway project but are not eligible for resettlement. Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, Ho Van Ha, noted that social housing projects in the province are being invested in more systematically and modernly, gradually narrowing the gap with commercial housing. This project is a clear example, as it enjoys full access to amenities within a commercial housing project.
According to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the social housing sector in the province has recently shown a clear sign of speeding up, with many projects having been started or completed. According to the provincial plan, from now until the end of the year, Dong Nai will continue to break ground on 3 more projects, and in early 2026, it is expected to launch 6 more new projects.
“Actual demand remains very large, while supply hasn’t yet met it. Dong Nai is aiming to gradually reduce boarding-house models and replace them with high-quality social housing. Therefore, many more projects will be rolled out in the coming time,” Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha emphasized.
