In the context of Dong Nai being one of the most dynamically developing industrial provinces in the country, starting a business and establishing a career has become an essential need for a large number of youth union members and young people. With an abundant young workforce, a vibrant production and business environment, and the growing presence of domestic and foreign enterprises, Dong Nai offers countless opportunities for young people to assert themselves, acquire new knowledge, unleash creativity in entrepreneurship, contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
Fully aware of this, in recent years, youth union organizations and societies in the province have implemented an increasing number of practical programs and activities to accompany young people on their entrepreneurial and career-building journey. A highlight is the models supporting innovative startup projects among young people, which are organized methodically, regularly, and aligned with the real needs of youth in the digital era. Numerous training courses on e-commerce knowledge and practical skills; conferences providing startup and small-and-medium enterprise management knowledge; seminars on applying artificial intelligence (AI) in production and business activities… have helped young people stay updated with new trends, grasp advanced technologies, and enhance the effectiveness of their business models.
Beyond training, the Provincial Youth Union has proactively developed an online platform—the Dong Nai Youth Innovative Startup Ecosystem at khoinghiep.tinhdoandongnai.com. This is regarded as a “digital data hub” enabling young people to conveniently access information, documents, projects, mentors, and resources for supporting entrepreneurship.
In addition, job creation—one of the most pressing needs of young people—has always been prioritized. Each year, the Provincial Youth Union, in collaboration with the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, organizes dozens of job fairs. From early 2025 to the end of November 2025 alone, 18 job fairs were held, providing counseling and suitable job opportunities to tens of thousands of young people right in their hometown, reducing labor migration and contributing to building a high-quality workforce for the province. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has also partnered with the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, CEP Credit Fund, and others to create favorable conditions for young people—especially those in rural areas—to access loans for household economic development, expanding production, and initiating small business models. This serves as a foundation that empowers young people to confidently embark on their journey of building a career and achieving legitimate prosperity. When provided with the right support, information, skills, and resources, youth in urban, rural, remote, or border areas can all turn their economic development aspirations into reality.
To continue fostering entrepreneurial spirit in the coming period, Dong Nai needs to further strengthen the following solutions: expand the startup mentorship network; enhance collaboration among youth organizations, enterprises, universities, and research institutes; develop more innovation startup support centers across localities; promote digital technology application in training; and improve loan accessibility for young people. Most importantly, a healthy entrepreneurial culture must be cultivated—one in which young people dare to think, dare to act, and are always supported.
With the strong involvement of youth organizations, Dong Nai has every reason to believe in a dynamic, resilient, and innovative generation of young entrepreneurs who will play an important role in the province’s socio-economic development and contribute to rapid and sustainable growth in the new period.
