This year’s competition brought together 12 Green Clubs along with four schools, presenting nearly 40 meticulously staged performances. The performances ranged from folk dances, traditional singing, poetry recitals, dance, and theater to Shuffle Dance, all conveying messages about love for nature, cultural preservation, and environmental protection. Many performances were original works by club members, adding a lively and unique touch to the program.

The Green Club model is a voluntary, community-based initiative that brings together locals. Since 2009, the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve has established and maintained 12 Green Clubs with more than 360 active members. These clubs serve as a communication bridge between the Reserve and surrounding communities, delivering practical results and contributing to changes in public awareness and behavior regarding environmental protection and biodiversity conservation.

According to the Management Board of the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve, in 2025, the Green Clubs proactively organized numerous grassroots environmental protection activities. Notably, they maintained “Green Sunday” initiatives, cleaned public spaces, cleared roads, and planted trees at cultural houses and hamlet headquarters, helping preserve local landscapes and reduce household waste.
