Promoting support for the startup ecosystem among Dong Nai youth

On November 10, in Binh Phuoc ward, young people from Cluster 2 of the Dong Nai Youth Festival 2025 actively participated in activities aimed at promoting the startup ecosystem for youth union members and young people.

At ward square, a large number of youth union members and young people participated in a training program designed to enhance business management skills and digital transformation capabilities for young entrepreneurs in 2025. The Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Federation, and the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association jointly organized the program.

At the program, young participants heard from representatives of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, who are also business owners, sharing practical knowledge, modern management skills, strategic thinking, and stories of resilience and confidence in the business arena amid the context of the digital economy and deep integration.

Additionally, this morning, the 2025 Investment Fund Connection Conference for startup projects was held. Five potential projects were selected to present their startup ideas before the Investment Appraisal Council. These included: the HOYA Flower Ecosystem project, which aims to create social impact while promoting local cultural tourism; the Ba Tu - Cafe & More project; the Bu Dop Specialty Coffee project; the Khanh An Green Plant project; and the Edubot project - an educational programming robot designed for primary and secondary school students.

In connection with startup activities, this afternoon, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union and the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Federation, in coordination with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, held the “Gap go Mentor” program, an expert consultation session designed to support the startup business community in Dong Nai in 2025. Youth union members and young participants listened to mentors and experts, those who have accompanied and guided the Dong Nai startup community, share valuable lessons from their entrepreneurial journeys, including overcoming challenges and achieving success, while also offering advice to young people seeking direction in their startup pursuits.

Speaking at the program, Tran Quang Huan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chinh Nam Construction Design JSC, stated that through real-life stories, youth union members and youth gained practical lessons on resilience, creative thinking, perseverance, and the spirit of daring to think and dare to do. These core factors make up the success of entrepreneurs in the new era.

Tran Quang Huan, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chinh Nam Construction Design JSC, stated: “Young people sitting in classrooms are like young eagles. With consistent training over time, these young eagles will grow into powerful eagles. What is that training? It is the discipline of self-cultivation within the learning environment. From now on, students should strive to excel in every subject. Train your resilience, perseverance, and determination through each subject. Prove that with persistence, you can excel in any subject. Through such disciplined training, you gradually shape yourself into a person of discipline and courage, serving as the foundation and the fundamental essence of the eagle.”

Activities related to supporting and promoting the startup ecosystem have also concluded Phase 2 of the Dong Nai Youth Festival 2025 - Cluster 2 in Binh Phuoc ward. The Cluster 3, themed “I Love My Fatherland,” is scheduled to take place from November 14 to 16, 2025, in Tran Bien ward.
