The school’s establishment not only addresses the practical needs of workers but also carries a profound humanitarian significance: nurturing happiness, fostering trust, and building a bright future for the youngest generation.

Creating a quality learning environment for workers’ children

Thai Quang Kindergarten occupies a total area of 7,500 m², featuring a sturdy two-story building with 18 classrooms and seven functional rooms. All rooms are fully equipped to provide a safe, friendly, and well-prepared environment for children to learn and play. After nearly a decade of operation, the school has nurtured multiple generations of workers’ children, supporting their comprehensive development. For the 2025–2026 school year, the school has 13 classes with a total of 406 children.

A notable feature of Thai Quang Kindergarten is its subsidized tuition, set at a level suitable for workers’ incomes while maintaining high-quality care and education. Teachers are professionally trained, passionate, and attentive to each child's individual needs. Beyond childcare, the school plants seeds of love for both children and their hardworking parents.

Nguyen Van Nam, an employee at TKG Taekwang Vina, expressed his confidence in sending his child to the company-built school: "The school is conveniently located near the company, making it easy for workers to drop off their children before work. The children study in a clean, well-equipped environment, and the teachers genuinely care for them. Moreover, the low tuition eases the financial burden on workers."

Every morning, the sight of children cheerfully greeting their parents and entering classrooms with bright smiles serves as a motivating factor for workers, enabling them to focus on their tasks and remain loyal to the company. Many workers appreciate that their children not only enjoy a high-quality learning environment but also benefit from a company-managed school with affordable tuition. Workers pay only 880,000 VND per month, with the company covering the remainder.

Nguyen Xuan Kop, who has been with the company for 11 years, recently enrolled his 3-year-old child at Thai Quang Kindergarten. He shared: "Having a clean, modern school at the workplace is a true blessing for many workers. We are reassured that our children are learning and playing safely, with attentive care from teachers even during overtime shifts. This benefit and support are a strong motivation for us to remain committed to the company."

Ensuring peace of mind for workers

Vu Ngoc Lan, Vice Principal for Academic Affairs at Thai Quang Kindergarten, stated that the school was established with the practical aim of providing a safe and high-quality learning and playing environment for children of factory workers, allowing parents to focus on their work with peace of mind. The school’s facilities are modern, airy, and fully equipped with classrooms and play areas designed appropriately for young children. The administrative team consistently ensures operational efficiency, promotes teaching activities, and participates in various programs to enhance the quality of childcare and education.

“The school always emphasizes nurturing, skill development, and holistic education for the children. Nutritious meals, creative lessons, and a variety of extracurricular activities are organized thoughtfully to suit the circumstances and needs of the children of factory workers,” said Vu Ngoc Lan.

In particular, the school places strong emphasis on building a vibrant cultural environment through a variety of programs and activities that engage both teachers and children. It also organizes festivals for the children, such as the “Loving Spring” program, and field trips to military bases. As a result, each day at Thai Quang Kindergarten offers not only lessons in literacy, music, and real-world experiences, but also opportunities for the children to learn how to become caring and responsible individuals in a nurturing, love-filled environment.

Teacher Luong Thi Thanh Truc shared that caring for and educating the children of factory workers has brought her great joy, as she witnesses their growth and the happiness of their parents.

“Every month, the school enrolls many new children as workers arrive at the factory, including children from ethnic minority backgrounds. Together with my colleagues, we approach each child with patience and kindness, helping them quickly integrate and develop comprehensively in both physical and cognitive abilities,” said Truc.

The involvement of enterprises in investing in and establishing kindergartens for the children of factory workers not only reflects social responsibility but also contributes to creating a sustainable and humane working environment. This model deserves to be replicated across industrial zones throughout Dong Nai province. In 2020, Thai Quang kindergarten was officially accredited at Level 2 for educational quality and recognized as a Level 1 national standard school.

Thanks to the dedication of the teaching staff and the support of the enterprise, Thai Quang Kindergarten has genuinely become a shining example of care for the children of workers. The innocent smiles of children arriving at school each morning and the heartfelt thanks from their parents are the clearest testament to the loving and nurturing journey that the school tirelessly cultivates every day.
