Dong Nai VFF Committee receives nearly VND 19 billion to support people in flood-affected localities

On November 25, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai Province Nguyen Tan Phu and Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Labour Federation Bui Thi Bich Thuy received nearly VND 675 million donated by the grassroots Trade Union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co. Ltd. in support of residents in provinces and cities suffering losses caused by flooding (second round).

On behalf of the Standing Board of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, Vice Chairman of the provincial VFF Committee Nguyen Tan Phu expressed gratitude to the workforce of Pou Chen Vietnam Co. Ltd. for responding to the call and joining efforts to support residents in provinces and cities affected by flooding (second round), following the appeal issued by the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province.

According to the Committee’s statistics, from November 7 to 25, 2025, the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province received nearly VND 19 billion from almost 850 individuals, agencies, units, and organisations.

The Committee is continuing to receive contributions from people across all sectors. Donations can be made directly at the office of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, No. 38 Vo Thi Sau Street, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province; via account number 3761.0.1021516.91999 at the State Treasury – Region XVII; or account number 1210006868 at Vietcombank – Dong Nai Branch.

Previously, from October 3 to 31, 2025, through the first round of the appeal for support for residents of provinces and cities affected by flooding, the Committee received approximately VND 70 billion in donations from individuals and collectives. Dong Nai Province has transferred this amount to support residents in localities affected by natural disasters.
