After five continuous hours of travel from the headquarters of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, at 1:00 p.m. on November 25, the Dong Nai provincial delegation, sent to support the people of Dak Lak province in addressing the aftermath of floods and natural disasters, arrived at the second headquarters of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee in Tuy Hoa ward.

Upon arrival, Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Dong Nai Department of Health and head of the provincial delegation, held a working session with the leadership of the Dak Lak Department of Health to implement a plan to support locals immediately.
After hearing a report from Nay Phi La, Director of the Dak Lak Department of Health, on the damage caused by floods and natural disasters in the province, particularly in the communes where the Dong Nai delegation will carry out support activities, Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Dong Nai Department of Health, discussed the detailed plan and timeline for the delegation’s assistance efforts in the communes of Hoa My, Tay Hoa, Hoa Thinh, Son Thanh, An Thach, An Ninh Tay, An Ninh Dong, and Duc Binh.

These communes have suffered severe losses of lives and property due to the recent floods. They are in urgent need of support, including medicine, food, guidance on disease prevention measures, and assistance with house repairs.
During the working session, Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Dong Nai Department of Health, provided emergency assistance of 200 million VND to healthcare staff at commune health stations in Dak Lak province affected by natural disasters and storms.

On the afternoon of November 25, the provincial delegation was divided into working teams to visit the communes and carry out planned support activities. Before the teams were deployed, Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Provincial Department of Health, briefed the delegation members on the spirit of their mission.
