Dong Nai calls for support for thousands of poor, near-poor, and extremely disadvantaged households

According to data from the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai Province, the locality currently has 2,900 poor households, more than 1,900 near-poor households, and thousands of people in extremely difficult circumstances who are in urgent need of a charity home, a stable livelihood, an educational opportunity, and access to check-up and treatment for serious illnesses.

In response to the ongoing movement of For the Poor – Leaving no one behind, on behalf of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, Comrade Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, has issued an open letter calling for contributions to the provincial Fund for the Poor in 2025. The letter was sent to agencies, units, organizations, businesses, religious groups, philanthropists, as well as officials, civil servants, public employees, armed forces personnel, and people inside and outside the province.

In the open letter, the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province earnestly calls on individuals and organizations to uphold the tradition of solidarity and compassion, and to join hands in supporting the Dong Nai Fund for the Poor 2025.
