DNNRTV and DoST sign communication cooperation agreement on science–technology, innovation, and digital transformation

On the afternoon of November 19, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television (DNNRTV) and the provincial Department of Science and Technology (DoST) held a signing ceremony for a communication cooperation program on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Dong Nai Province for the 2025–2030 period.

The signing ceremony was attended by Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of DNNRTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham; Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the DoST Pham Van Trinh; members of the Editorial Board; leaders of the DoST; and representatives of specialized departments of DNNRTV and DoST.

Accordingly, both DNNRTV and DoST agreed to jointly produce a 15-minute television column twice per month titled “Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation”, and publish two in-depth articles per month in the printed newspaper. In addition, the cooperation includes communication activities on Resolution No. 57, the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, and key sectoral events across four media platforms.

Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of DNNRTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham emphasised that DNNRTV always identifies that propaganda on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation is an important political task.

In recent times, the agency has assigned specialized departments to build dedicated pages and programs, promptly covering major events and developments in the sector. The signing ceremony reaffirms DNNRTV’s commitment to continue accompanying the DoST in spreading scientific and technological, innovative, and digital transformation achievements into daily life, contributing to fulfilling the province’s overall mission.

In his remarks, DoST Director Pham Van Trinh expressed his hope that DNNRTV will continue to collaborate in communicating and showcasing exemplary models and success stories; closely following trends in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as well as the events of the sector.

DoST Director Pham Van Trinh expected that with strong cooperation between DoST and DNNRTV, the province will move closer to achieving its strategic target for the new term that is raising the digital economy’s contribution to the provincial GRDP to over 30%.
