On the afternoon of November 7, the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to present a 30-year Party membership badge to Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee. The ceremony was chaired by Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
Attending the ceremony on behalf of central agencies were Nguyen Duc Cung, Head of the Department for Local Affairs No. 2 under the Party Central Committee’s Office, Nguyen Duc Cung; Doan Quang Tho, Deputy Head of the Department for Local Affairs No. 3 of the Party Central Committee (PCC)'s Organization Commission; and Nguyen Cong Dan, Deputy Head of the Department for Local Affairs No. 3 of the PCC's Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization.
Representing Dong Nai Province was Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the PCC, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Cell No. 2’s Executive Committee, Party Organization of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

He was born in Long Phuoc Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, now Long Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province. He is currently a member of Cell 2 of Party Organization of the Provincial People’s Committee Office, under the Provincial People’s Committee Party Organization.
