The emulation campaign entitled “20 days to the finish” was launched to concretize the requirement of completing Component Project 2 on schedule, ensuring readiness for the technical test flight and completing all items by December 19, 2025, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s directives.
According to Le Hoang Minh, Chairman of the Members’ Council of VATM, Component Project 2 is a critical link in the national air traffic management system. Therefore, VATM has required all units to strictly comply with schedule, quality and safety regulations. He added that the “20 days to the finish” emulation campaign is considered the “final acceleration phase” to ensure the project is completed as committed. VATM has also requested construction units to immediately implement timely incentive and encouragement mechanisms to ensure workers feel secure when working extra shifts, organize production efficiently, and strengthen shift arrangements. At the same time, units must ensure occupational safety and health for all staff and workers. They are required to maintain a continuous presence at the construction site, promptly address difficulties, and prevent bottlenecks during the implementation of key project components.
