12th Trade Union Congress of the Phu Rieng Rubber Company Limited

On the morning of November 28, the Trade Union of Phu Rieng Rubber Company Limited held its 12th Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure under the motto: “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development.”

The event was attended by Le Van Thuy, Vice President of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union, along with 142 official delegates representing 4,580 trade union members across the company.

The Trade Union of Phu Rieng Rubber Company Limited currently comprises 19 grassroots trade unions, 5 affiliated trade unions, and 152 trade union groups, with a total of 4,580 trade union members.

During the past tenure, the company’s trade union made significant efforts and successfully fulfilled its tasks, implementing the resolutions set out by the 11th Congress and making an important contribution to the company’s socio-economic objectives. Notably, in the past three years (2023-2025), the company consistently met and exceeded the targets assigned by the group. Total revenue reached 4,587 billion VND, surpassing the plan by 112%, while total profit amounted to 899 billion VND.

During the tenure, the average income of employees reached 12.8 million VND per person per month. More than 7,000 individuals were recognized as advanced workers, and 750 were awarded as emulation soldiers at various levels. In addition, the company’s trade union built projects supporting employees’ welfare with a total investment cost of 28 billion VND and provided 835 million VND for the construction and repair of  15 “Trade Union Homes.”

With these achievements, the company’s trade union has been continuously awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and has received multiple certificates of merit and commendations from the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union.

In the new tenure, the company’s trade union will focus on innovating its operational content and methods, setting 11 targets, 5 breakthrough areas, and 6 key tasks to continue building an increasingly strong Company's Trade Union organization.

The congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure, comprising 13 members, along with 7 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. On this occasion, the Trade Union of Phu Rieng Rubber Company Limited also honored collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in emulation movements.
