Xuan Hoa commune launches projects to celebrate Party Congresses at all levels

On October 12, Xuan Hoa commune’s Party Organization, authorities, and people held a construction commencement ceremony for the Central Park and Cultural House project in Xuan Tam 4 hamlet. This is the first park built in the commune and entirely funded by social resources, reflecting the spirit of “The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people benefit.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Xuan Hoa commune’s leaders emphasized that this project carries deep political and social significance, serving as vivid evidence of solidarity and unity between the government and the people.

The Central Park and Cultural House in Xuan Tam 4 hamlet covers an area of over 7,000 square meters. It is located in the heart of the residential area, near Hiep Luc Parish, providing residents with a convenient space for recreation, exercise, and community activities. The project includes several main components: a children’s playground, a community activity yard, walking paths, green areas, landscaping, and the Xuan Tam 4 hamlet Cultural House - the centerpiece for hosting cultural events, community meetings, and sports and art movements. The project’s total investment is estimated at more than VND 4 billion, fully contributed by local businesses and residents.

The central park not only beautifies the appearance of the new-style rural area but also helps foster the cultural and spiritual life of the people. Once completed, it will become a scenic highlight and a venue for social and cultural events, contributing to building a more civilized and prosperous commune.

According to Xuan Hoa commune leaders, mobilizing 100% of socialized capital demonstrates the strong trust of residents and businesses in the Party and State’s policies. It is also the result of effective grassroots mobilization, creating widespread community engagement.

From idea to action, from consensus to the construction commencement of Xuan Hoa commune’s first park project, this initiative stands as a symbol of the spirit “The State and the people work together”, and above all, it is a project “from the people, for the people.”

*Also on October 12, in an atmosphere of enthusiasm to celebrate the success of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, Xuan Hoa commune held the construction commencement ceremony for the renovation and upgrading of the Commune Administrative Service Center.

Upon completion, the Commune Administrative Service Center will have a total area of 250 square meters, comprehensively upgraded with a modern design, a scientific and user-friendly layout, and a setting harmonized with the surrounding landscape.

Notably, the Commune Administrative Service Center will be equipped with modern electronic devices, management software, and an advanced document reception system, enabling citizens and businesses to easily access, submit, and receive administrative procedures quickly and transparently.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Council of Xuan Hoa commune Ta Quang Truong emphasized: “This project is not only an infrastructure investment but also a step toward enhancing public satisfaction and trust. We want every citizen coming to the Commune Administrative Service Center to feel respected, convenient, and satisfied. This is also the commitment of the Xuan Hoa commune’s Party Committee and authorities to building a people-centered administration.”
