Over the past five years, women across the rubber corporation's workforce have cemented their role as drivers of sustainable growth, successfully balancing professional duties with family commitments. These employees have actively participated in productivity campaigns and innovation initiatives, enhancing both output and product quality while maintaining their crucial roles in their families and communities.
The corporation's consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2025 is estimated to have reached 76.1% of the annual plan, while pre-tax profit achieved 100.8% of the target. All financial indicators have increased compared to the same period in 2024. These commendable results reflect a spirit of solidarity and collective effort, with a significant contribution from women workers and staff.
