Among the 69 delegates receiving the October 15, 2025 Award, Dong Nai is represented by three individuals: Thi Hoang Trung, Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation in Dong Nai; Mai Anh Thoa, Deputy Head of Youth and Adolescents Affairs and member of the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation Committee; and Huynh Thuan Phat, Vice Chairman of the Commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union, and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation in Long Phuoc Commune.
The October 15 Award is the highest honor of the Vietnam Youth Federation, recognizing outstanding youth leaders and members for exceptional achievements in education, work, and youth activities. The award highlights their dedication, excellence, and significant contributions to advancing youth development nationwide.
The award seeks to honor and recognize outstanding youth federation officials who have made significant contributions to strengthening and developing the Vietnam Youth Federation. It also motivates officials to continuously improve, strive for excellence, and dedicate their knowledge and energy to advancing youth initiatives and serving the nation’s development and protection.
