In his directive speech at the Congress, Nguyen Huu Nguyen, Member of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, and President of the Dong Nai Provincial Farmers’ Union, requested that in the coming time, Nha Bich must continue to thoroughly implement the viewpoint of “people as the foundation,” innovate methods, and improve the quality of supervision and social criticism activities. The content of supervision must have a focus, key points, and concentrate on issues that matter most to the people.

In addition, he emphasized the need to promote and innovate the organization of patriotic emulation movements and mass campaigns, focusing on practical and effective implementation at the grassroots level.

Social welfare work must pay special attention to households of ethnic minorities still facing difficulties, with specific solutions that not only provide material, spiritual, and educational support but also help them escape poverty and achieve prosperity. Nha Bich should proactively build and enhance the quality of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee staff at the commune level in terms of qualifications, political ethics, leadership capacity, credibility, dedication, responsibility, and experience in mobilizing the people.
