As part of the activities commemorating National Digital Transformation Day (October 10), Dong Nai province is collaborating with telecommunications enterprises to expedite the application of digital technology in daily life and administrative management. Notably, Viettel Dong Nai is the primary partner assisting local authorities in communes and wards in deploying the installation of personal digital signatures, e-wallets, and other digital solutions to facilitate comprehensive digital transformation.

During the implementation period, Viettel Dong Nai accompanied the community digital technology teams to go to each locality, coordinating with commune and ward People’s Committees to promote and assist residents in installing personal digital signatures. In addition to on-site activities, Viettel network also cooperated with the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee to send notifications to citizens’registered phone numbers with the following message:
“From October 1 to 31, 2025, all adult citizens are requested to visit their commune or ward People’s Committee offices to register for personal digital signatures for using public administrative services. Additionally, residents may access https://shorturl.at/7FAa9 to self-register or contact local community digital transformation teams for assistance.”
Accordingly, residents can visit commune and ward People’s Committees, public administrative service centers, Viettel transaction stores, or other designated locations announced by each commune and ward to receive installation support. They may also install the digital signatures themselves by using the link provided in the message sent by the Provincial People’s Committee.

In addition, the popularization and support of e-wallet installation is also encouraged by Viettel network to facilitate people to make cashless payments in administrative services and daily purchases. The initiative aims to build a modern, convenient, and secure digital society. The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has set a target that by the end of 2025, 50% of the adult population will possess and use personal digital signatures.
