With a network of key transport routes, including the Ho Chi Minh City–Thu Dau Mot–Chon Thanh Expressway, the western section of the North–South Expressway (Gia Nghia–Chon Thanh), and National Highway 14, Nha Bich is emerging as a promising growth hub. The area also benefits from the over-2,000-hectare Phuoc Hoa Reservoir and the planned 285-hectare Minh Lap Industrial Park, further enhancing its appeal to investors.
The commune holds strong potential for the development of high-tech agriculture, eco-urban projects, resort tourism, and processing industries. Experts at the conference emphasized that the active participation of local entrepreneurs and enterprises will be essential to driving sustainable development under the province’s newly implemented two-tier local governance model.
Alongside the consistent implementation of existing investment incentive policies, Nha Bich leaders have pledged to improve the local business environment, enhance infrastructure and land access, and remove obstacles, affirming the government's role in creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises throughout the investment process.
