The coordinated efforts between military units and local authorities in carrying out mass mobilization have effectively strengthened the operational role of the armed forces as a working force, fostering a close and cohesive bond between the military and local residents in their stationed areas. Through these activities, grassroots government continues to be reinforced and unified, working hand in hand to successfully carry out political tasks in their respective localities. This also helps to further enhance the respected image of the “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers” in the new era.
