Colonel Tran Huu Nhan specifically emphasized selecting all young people with health classified as type 1 or type 2, holding intermediate, college, or university qualifications, as well as those with talents in arts and culture.

Simultaneously, he urged the Provincial Military Service Council to closely collaborate with the police in monitoring and understanding the backgrounds of young individuals, as well as coordinating with receiving units on plans for the handover and reception of new soldiers.

Additionally, it is essential to examine and innovate the content and format of the enlistment camps to establish a healthy and appropriate playground that aligns with the characteristics of the new circumstances following the administrative merger and the operation of a two-tier local government.
