As part of the ongoing series of events at the 2025 Dong Nai Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Festival (Techfest Dong Nai 2025), on the morning of October 9, the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, in coordination with relevant units, held a seminar themed "Current Situation and Solutions to Promote Collaboration among Four Key Stakeholders - Government, Schools, Enterprises, and Investors - to Drive the Application of Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation in Dong Nai Businesses and Develop a Network Connecting Innovation and Startup Centers in the Southern Region."

The seminar was attended by leaders from units and centers under the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as leaders of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology.
Speaking at the workshop's opening, Nguyen Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, emphasized that the event focuses on practical implementation at the departmental, enterprise, and startup community levels. It highlights the importance of effective linkages among the four key stakeholders, namely government, educational institutions, enterprises, and investors, to promote science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation locally. Additionally, it offers an opportunity to assess the current situation and discuss specific solutions for enhancing linkages and applying science and technology within Dong Nai businesses.

At the seminar, experts, scientists, and businesses presented and shared various reports, including: the government's role in shaping the innovation ecosystem; green finance solutions and practical support policies for Dong Nai’s innovation and creative startup ecosystem; digital presence with the “.vn” domain and the collaboration of four key stakeholders in promoting the local digital economy and society; and stories of creative startups along with support policies from the locality.

Additionally, there are presentations from institutes and schools on the role of connecting and building an innovative startup ecosystem, as well as science and technology enterprises, in applying effective economic development for localities, from university to market, showcasing the startup experiences of the ITS solar dryer.
