A seemingly simple act, such as properly disposing of waste, sorting garbage at the source, or refraining from discharging waste into rivers and streams, contributes to the protection of our shared environment. It would be encouraging to see main streets remain clean and beautiful, free from residual garbage or spontaneous dumping sites that mar the urban landscape.

Additionally, behavioral culture is a clear indicator of a civilized society. From saying “thank you” and “sorry” at the right time, to forming orderly queues in public spaces and keeping noise to a minimum in residential areas, all of which reflect a sense of respect for others. Equally important is the spirit of protecting public property: refraining from scribbling on walls, picking flowers, or damaging trees in parks, so that public spaces truly belong to everyone.

Clearly, fostering a civilized urban lifestyle is not solely the government's responsibility but also that of every citizen. When individuals enhance their awareness, from their families and neighborhoods to workplaces and businesses, they contribute to creating a higher-quality, more modern, and friendlier living environment.
