According to a report from Dong Nai Power Company, during the first nine months of 2025, the company maintained a safe, stable, and continuous electricity supply to support the production and consumption needs of the people, as well as political, cultural, and social events, including major holidays in the province, particularly the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Dong Nai for the 2025-2030 term.
The company, along with other units in the power sector, has received strong support from local authorities and relevant agencies in land clearance and compensation initiatives. This assistance has facilitated the operation of several power projects in the province, ensuring the needs of socio-economic development as well as employment opportunities for the people in the province.

To effectively implement power grid investment projects in 2025 and the coming years, during the working session, the company suggested that the Provincial NA delegation consider advising the Provincial People’s Committee to maintain focus and support in addressing certain challenges and obstacles in the implementation process.
Specifically, the company requested that the lists of 220 kV-110 kV projects funded by the power sector in the province be included in the province’s key projects list. This initiative would ensure targeted guidance, particularly in land clearance efforts. The company also proposed issuing an additional 110 kV grid planning map, illustrating connection points for 110 kV substations for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2030. This map, approved under Prime Ministerial Decision No. 1489/QD-TTg dated November 24, 2023, and Decision No. 586/QD-TTg dated July 3, 2024, serves as the foundation for implementing grid investment procedures. Additionally, localities at the ward and commune levels, following administrative reorganization, should assist in updating and supplementing construction planning, urban planning, and land use planning.
Concluding the working session, Bui Xuan Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Provincial delegation of NA deputies, acknowledged the recommendations and proposals put forward by Dong Nai Power Company.
Deputy Head of the Provincial delegation of NA deputies Bui Xuan Thong stated that at the upcoming 10th session, the NA will consider and approve two laws related to planning: The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning and the Planning Law (amended). He requested that the company study these two draft laws in greater depth to provide additional comments and contributions, ensuring their practical implementation in general and facilitating the effective and feasible execution of tasks related to the power sector in particular.
Dong Nai is making a concerted effort to achieve "double-digit economic growth" in 2025 and throughout the 2025-2030 term. The province is reorganizing its development layout, including the planning of industrial zones, to fully leverage its advantages and potential. In this context, the demand for electricity is especially critical and must be met to support development. Accordingly, the provincial power sector is called upon to continue promoting a proactive approach in carrying out its tasks, as emphasized by Bui Xuan Thong, Deputy Head of the Provincial delegation of NA deputies.
