To foster a vibrant atmosphere of emulation and harness the proactive and creative energy of young people in executing youth projects and tasks to welcome the Congress, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has requested that its affiliated ward and commune-level Youth Union Standing Committees base their efforts on local conditions to select, register, and carry out at least five commune-level youth projects to celebrate the first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dong Nai Province. The implementation period spans from now until the conclusion of the first Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union Congress, anticipated in December 2025.

Youth projects will concentrate on groups of areas such as social welfare, environmental protection, new-style rural development, civilized urban areas, culture, education, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Each project must clearly outline its objectives, content, and completion timeline, ensuring feasibility and delivering tangible outcomes, contributing to addressing local issues while showcasing the distinct contributions of the Youth Union organization.

Additionally, the ward and commune-level Youth Unions should proactively roll out peak emulation campaigns to their grassroots units, generating enthusiastic participation among members and young people. They are also tasked with amplifying the reach of these projects and initiatives through media channels and social networks managed by the Youth Union and its affiliated associations.

The Provincial Youth Union further requires all units to submit weekly progress reports on the implementation of youth projects every Sunday by 5:00 PM via the provincial-level online reporting system at https://byvn.net/ntjb. The reports must follow the prescribed format, clearly detailing activities, results, and links to related news or promotional articles, so that the Provincial Youth Union can gather information and evaluate outcomes effectively.
