On the afternoon of October 17, the People’s Committee of Dong Xoai Ward and VNPT Dong Xoai held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the 2025–2030 period. This event marks a new milestone in the ward’s journey toward building a digital government, digital economy, and digital society.

The cooperation agreement aims for both parties to jointly invest resources and implement collaborative programs to successfully build a digital government, digital economy, and digital society in Dong Xoai Ward.
Regarding the signed content, the two sides agreed to cooperate in the following areas: Developing digital infrastructure (digital technical infrastructure, digital data, digital platforms, digital human resources); Building digital government (deploying digital transformation solutions for the ward); Implementing solutions for digital economic development (focusing on solutions to promote digital transformation for businesses); Developing a digital society based on digital citizenship (deploying smart health, smart education solutions); Digital citizenship; Implementing the program to provide public telecommunication services locally, etc.
Following the signing of the cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the 2025-2030 period, both parties will build implementation plans for these contents on a quarterly and annual basis.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Duong Hoai Pha, Chairman of the Dong Xoai Ward People’s Committee, emphasized that digital transformation has recently become a key task in administrative reform and the ward’s socio-economic development. With close guidance from the provincial People’s Committee and the cooperation of related units, Dong Xoai Ward has gradually and effectively implemented digital applications in management, administration, and services for residents and businesses.

This cooperation agreement is not only a commitment between the two parties but also an important starting point in concretizing technological solutions to build e-government, promote end-to-end online public services, and enhance digital capacity for officials, civil servants, and citizens. It aims toward the goal of “Each citizen is a digital citizen – Each neighborhood is a digital community.”

The leaders of VNPT Dong Nai also committed to fulfilling the agreed contents, actively supporting Dong Xoai Ward, and strengthening the partnership between the two sides to ensure that the cooperation achieves substantive results.
