As part of the ongoing activities during the 2025 Dong Nai Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Festival (Techfest Dong Nai 2025), the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology held a thematic seminar on the afternoon of October 8, under the title: Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on Developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation for a sustainable Dong Nai.

The seminar welcomed Tran Minh Tuan, Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society (under the Ministry of Science and Technology), along with leaders of departments and centers under the ministry.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, participants included Le Truong Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai People’s Committee; Nguyen Thi Minh Nham - Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television; and Pham Van Trinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology.

In his opening remarks, Le Truong Son emphasized the seminar's extraordinary significance, highlighting it as a concrete step in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, which aims to promote breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The event is expected to help translate the resolution into reality, contributing directly to Dong Nai’s socio-economic development.
The seminar not only addresses theoretical issues but also focuses on building strategic frameworks, roadmaps, and technological solutions to transform determination into tangible outcomes.

During the seminar, experts and speakers in technology, innovation, and digital transformation presented and discussed various topics, including: An overview of the national digital architecture framework and Dong Nai’s Digital Transformation Strategy for 2026-2030 period; innovation and enterprise digital transformation models and policies; solutions for digital trading platforms aimed at increasing the share of the digital economy in the province’s GRDP to promote double-digit growth in Dong Nai; the development of an innovation ecosystem, the role of intellectual property protection and utilization in successfully implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in the province.

In addition, enterprises and universities proposed IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for smart industrial zones, shared insights on smart city models, current status and proposed solutions, and discussed digital infrastructure as a foundation to promote science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The seminar also emphasized the "Three pillars" model ( the State, schools, and businesses), in building a robust innovation ecosystem tailored to Dong Nai’s development needs.
