On October 27, Pham Son Dien, Deputy Director of the Dai Phuoc commune Public Administration Service Center, announced that the Dai Phuoc commune Public Administration Service Center has officially piloted an AI-powered assistant for smart citizen reception.

Accordingly, this AI assistant will provide detailed guidance and consultation on administrative procedures, offers step-by-step instructions for online application submissions to save travel time, and assists users in looking up legal information.

The AI-powered assistant represents an important stride in the commune’s digital transformation journey, aiming to build a modern public administration that places citizens at the center. This AI-powered assistant operates 24/7, ready to assist residents anytime – day or night, on weekdays, weekends, or holidays.

Dai Phuoc commune People’s Committee is one of three units chosen by the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology to pilot an AI-powered virtual assistant for administrative work. The project is the result of a research collaboration and technology transfer between the Department of Science and Technology and Lac Hong University.
