Sending congratulations to the enterprise, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang noted that Dong Nai is among the leading localities nationwide in livestock development, with a total herd of over four million pigs and more than 36 million poultry, mainly including chickens, totaling around 33 million.
In recent years, the province's animal husbandry sector has increasingly focused on applying scientific and technological advances. The majority of livestock now comes from high-yield, high-quality foreign breeds. Approximately 35 percent of farms have adopted cold-housing systems, with 202 farms certified under VietGAP standards and 30 under GlobalGAP standards. Additionally, the province has established more than 540 disease-free zones for export purposes.

Regarding CPV Food Binh Phuoc's complex, this is one of the most advanced investment projects in the food industry, not only in Dong Nai but also across Vietnam. The project operates within a fully integrated supply chain, encompassing feed production, livestock farming, food processing, and distribution. This represents a sustainable development model aligned with the province’s strategic orientation.
The Vice Chairwoman urged the company to continue building on its achievements, enhance professionalism, expand linkage of production chains, and prioritise food safety, disease prevention, environmental protection, and green growth with a view to achieving sustainable development.

Previously, in December 2020, the CPV Food Binh Phuoc factory complex was inaugurated with a total investment of USD 250 million. The facility operates under a fully closed value chain, encompassing feed production, parent breeder chicken farms, hatcheries, broiler farms, slaughtering and processing plants, and by-product treatment systems.
In 2022, the company achieved a historic milestone when its first shipment of processed chicken meat, weighing 33.6 tonnes, was exported to Japan. Just three years later, CPV Food Binh Phuoc has reached the significant milestone of 10,000 tonnes of chicken meat exported to the “Land of the Rising Sun”, one of the world’s most demanding yet promising markets, where products must meet strict standards for food safety and disease control according to specific requirements.
