Based on on-site inspections and document reviews, the team acknowledged that the company is effectively implementing occupational safety and hygiene measures in accordance with regulations. This model should be replicated and promoted among other businesses in the province to improve workplace safety and ensure stable production. The team recommended that the company regularly remind workers to comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace, while also strengthening awareness campaigns through practical models and competitions to raise employee awareness.

According to Mai Xuan Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province, effectively implementing occupational safety and hygiene not only ensures sustainable production but also protects workers during the manufacturing process. Therefore, through inspections, the team will replicate models in enterprises that have initiatives in occupational safety and hygiene, while also guiding and reminding units and businesses to strictly adhere to occupational safety and hygiene regulations in the upcoming period. This effort will help prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases during the production process.
