According to leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, in the third quarter of 2025, agencies within the province’s mass mobilization sector actively aligned their activities with the province’s political agenda and promptly implemented key tasks in accordance with the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Efforts to monitor public sentiment among union members, association members, and the general population were strengthened, contributing to the continued maintenance of political stability and public order. People from all social strata, as well as ethnic and religious communities across the province, remained stable, expressed strong confidence in the leadership of the Party, and strictly observed the Party’s guidelines and the State’s laws and policies.
Agencies and units also advised Party committees at all levels to organize intensive and thematic training courses for commune and ward officials in specific fields, aimed at enhancing the capacity of local officials and civil servants in the context of the implementation of the two-tier local government model.

The VFF and various socio-political organizations in Dong Nai province have organized conferences to gather public feedback on the draft documents for the 2025-2030 Provincial Party Congress. These efforts aimed to promote democracy and harness the collective wisdom of all social strata. In addition, a series of emulation movements and meaningful projects were launched to celebrate Party congresses at all levels.
During discussions at the conference, leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations reported several challenges at the grassroots level. Many communes and wards are currently facing shortages of staff working in mass mobilization and grassroots organizations. The activities of community-based groups and teams under these organizations have encountered various operational difficulties. In the agricultural sector, production has been negatively impacted by flooding, pests, and rising input costs, while market prices for agricultural products have declined, placing further strain on local farmers.

In her concluding remarks at the conference, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai province, emphasized that after three months of administrative restructuring at the provincial level and the implementation of the two-tier local government model, the workload across agencies, especially within the mass mobilization sector, has been significant.
Despite these challenges, all agencies and units successfully completed their assigned tasks according to the schedules set by the central and provincial authorities. Notably, they made significant efforts to advise and support the Provincial Party Committee in organizing the First Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025- 20252030 term, which was held successfully.
Huynh Thi Hang urged that in the fourth quarter, agencies and units must continue coordinating and advising on the practical implementation of the Resolution of the 2025-2030 Provincial Party Congress, based on their respective functions and responsibilities. She emphasized the importance of strong leadership and coordination in ensuring the successful organization of the Congresses of the VFF and other socio-political organizations at the commune and provincial levels for the 2025-2030 term, utilizing diverse and innovative formats.
The focus was placed on improving communication efforts, multiplying successful models and best practices, especially those under the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" initiative. Training sessions and professional development courses on mass mobilization, front work, and socio-political organizations should be organized on a regular basis for officials, union members, and association members.
The VFF and socio-political organizations continue to effectively carry out supervision and social criticism; provide feedback on Party and government building in accordance with the contents approved by the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee for implementation in 2025, and in line with the two-tier local government model.
It is essential to enhance the understanding of public sentiment, promptly report and advise Party committees and local authorities on addressing emerging issues related to public concerns. Efforts must be made to effectively organize social welfare activities and ensure care for people in difficult circumstances in the community. In addition, timely consolidation and reinforcement of leadership within the VFF and mass organizations must be carried out as well.
