On October 30, according to the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), the total completed volume of the entire Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project has reached over 96% of the contract value, equivalent to 55km out of a total of nearly 58km of the entire expressway, which has been basically completed.

Of these, bidding package XL-NG51, which involves the construction of the National Highway 51 interchange, has completed over 49% of the volume compared to the signed contract. However, this bidding package is currently 23% behind schedule due to site clearance issues for about 300m connecting to the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway. This bidding package was approved as an addition to the project to connect the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway with the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway.
For bidding package J3-1, which involves the construction of the 3-km-long Phuoc Khanh bridge, work officially started in late April 2025. To date, the construction volume of this bidding package has reached over 11%. The contractor is adjusting the construction organization plan to accelerate progress in the coming time.

Currently, the construction of the remaining two bidding packages of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project is also facing difficulties in the supply of construction materials. Although the remaining volume is not large, the material supply capacity in some areas is limited, affecting the progress of the two bidding packages.
The Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway has a total length of nearly 58km, passing through the provinces of Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City. Of which, the section passing through Dong Nai province is nearly 29km long. The route has a complete 4-lane scale, with plans to expand to 8 lanes. It has a design speed of 100 km/h, and a total investment of over VND 29.5 trillion.
In early 2025 and April 2025, three sections of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project, with a length of over 28km, were opened to traffic and put into operation. According to the plan, the entire project will be completed and fully operational in 2026.
