13 teams compete in Esports Tournament – 3rd Dongnai Esport

Kicking off the activities of the Dong Nai Youth Innovation and Digital Transformation Festival 2025, on the morning of October 8, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union and FPT Polytechnic College Dong Nai campus jointly organized the Esports Tournament – the 3rd Dongnai Esport (2025).

Delivering the opening speech at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Council Nguyen Tran Phuong Ha said: "This is one of the meaningful activities aimed at concretizing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on promoting digital transformation, advancing science - technology, and fostering innovation among young people. At the same time, it creates a useful and healthy playground that helps young people develop critical thinking skills, teamwork, and a spirit of fair and creative competition."

The Dongnai Esport tournament has become a brand and a unique movement of Dong Nai youth, attracting hundreds of young athletes to participate and spreading a healthy Esports spirit to a large number of union members and young people in the province. Esports is not only a game of skill, but also a demonstration of intelligence, will, and teamwork spirit.

Nguyen Tran Phuong Ha, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Council, hopes that from this playground, union members and young people will spread a healthy Esports spirit to many other young people, contributing to building an image of Dong Nai youth who are brave, confident, integrated, and ready to pioneer in digital transformation.

This year's Dongnai Esport tournament features 13 participating teams (five members per team). The teams will compete in a head-to-head format. Players are responsible for bringing their own smartphones and must use their registered personal accounts to participate.

The semi-finals and finals of the tournament took place on October 9, at the stage area of the Dong Nai Provincial Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Festival 2025, located at the Dong Nai Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Center.
