Xuan Hoa commune takes the lead in completing the renewal of party membership cards with e-chips

On the morning of September 24, the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa commune held a ceremony to present electronic chip-based Party membership cards to members of the Commune Party agency’s Party Committee.

Accordingly, implementing Official Letter No. 305-CV/BTCTU dated August 1, 2025 of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission on renewing party membership cards with electronic chips, the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa commune has demonstrated a pioneering and proactive spirit in leadership and direction. The commune Party Committee promptly issued a plan, directly assigning the Party Building Commission to closely coordinate with the commune public security to focus on collecting information, reviewing records, ensuring accuracy and completeness for each party member.

During the implementation, although facing many difficulties as many party members in the commune are elderly, , in poor health, and have limited mobility; with the spirit of “all for party members,” the Party Building Commission together with the commune public security went directly to each household to assist them with procedures, take photos, and collect data on the spot, ensuring that all party members in the commune had their membership cards renewed and reissued in accordance with regulations.

Thanks to close direction, synchronous coordination and a high sense of responsibility, to date, Xuan Hoa commune has completed the renewal of chip-embedded party membership cards for all of 1,039 party members (eligible for renewal of cards), reaching 100% completion, and ensuring the progress set by the Provincial Party Committee.

The early and timely completion of the renewal of chip-embedded party membership cards not only contributes to modernizing party member management, improving the effectiveness of digital technology application in Party work but also meets the requirements of implementing Directive No. 51-CT/TW dated August 8, 2025 of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on the renewal of party membership cards based on the national population database, identification and electronic authentication.

This affirms the pioneering and exemplary role of the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa commune in implementing the superior guidelines and directions. This is an important result, creating momentum for the entire commune Party Committee to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity and innovation, successfully completing political tasks in the coming time.
