In recent times, instead of printing and distributing paper documents, reports and materials are now shared through the internal network and digital platforms with strict security and confidentiality protection regulations. Staff can access, review, and collaborate on documents directly on smart devices, eliminating the need for manual note-taking. This approach helps save time and costs, protect the environment, and make administrative work more efficient and transparent.
In addition, at the Party Committee’s meetings, laptops, iPads, and smartphones have gradually replaced paper and pens for note-taking. This shift not only fosters new work habits but also demonstrates the committee’s pioneering spirit and readiness to embrace digital trends.
Le Duc Quy, Head of the Party Building Committee in Xuan Hoa commune, said, “After we adopt the paperless workflow, almost all management and administrative work at the commune’s Party Committee is now carried out on digital platforms, especially document handling and meeting management. All officials and staff have been trained and are ready to use technology in their work responsibly and effectively.”
Earlier, at the first Congress of the Xuan Hoa Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term in early August 2025, the committee pioneered the use of IT to hold a paperless congress. Specifically, instead of using printed materials, delegates received instructions on how to install and use the internal “Congress 2025–2030” application on smartphones and laptops, and scan QR codes to access all congress documents.
The shift in both awareness and practice toward IT and paperless document management reflects the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, on breakthrough development in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. These efforts contribute to building a modern, professional administration and advancing the goal of a digital government and digital society in Xuan Hoa Commune.
