Voters in Thuan Loi Commune propose infrastructure investments and policies for non-professional personnel

On the morning of September 23, National Assembly (NA) deputies from Dong Nai Province – Dieu Huynh Sang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Provincial delegation of NA deputies; and Phan Viet Luong, Vice Chairman of the NA’s Committee for Culture and Social Affairs, met with voters in Thuan Loi Commune ahead of the 10th session of the 15th legislature.

At the meeting, voters from Thuan Loi Commune voiced numerous opinions and recommendations to the NA deputies and relevant authorities. Their concerns focused on investing in healthcare and education infrastructure, the timely completion of the ĐT741 road construction within the commune, and ensuring adequate policies and support for those affected by local associations after the implementation of the two-tier local government system.

In addition, the voters raised requests for investment in the local drainage system and several rural access roads. They also called for a review of the support policies for non-professional grassroots workers in villages and hamlets. Moreover, they urged the implementation of Circular 19/2025/TT-BGDĐT dated September 15, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, which regulates student rewards and disciplinary measures, to follow an appropriate and phased schedule.

The concerns and proposals from the voters were addressed by leaders of the relevant provincial departments and Thuan Loi Commune. For issues beyond their jurisdiction, Dieu Huynh Sang recorded, acknowledged, and forwarded them to the relevant authorities for consideration and resolution.

He also informed that the upcoming NA session will review personnel matters, deliberate and approve several draft laws, and address other important national issues.
