Urgent completion of preparations for 2025–2030 Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress

As previously reported, on the morning of September 20, an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee was held to review matters under its authority.

At the meeting, Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Office, presented reports from three subcommittees in charge of documents, personnel, organization and logistics affairs for the first Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025–2030.

To date, the Congress documents have been completed, including the draft Political Report, draft Resolution, draft Action Program, and the Self-Assessment Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee after getting feedback from the Politburo and central agencies.

At the same time, the materials for the Provincial Party Congress were prepared, including the overall program and detailed script of the congress; speeches and presentations to be delivered; a consolidated report on comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; a consolidated report on comments on the draft documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025–2030 tenure; a report summarizing and responding to delegates’ feedback at the congress; and the draft resolution of the congress.

At the meeting, the Subcommittee on Documents proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee  give opinions on certain parts of the Self-Assessment Report of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020–2025 term, based on input from central agencies and the remarks of comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs at the working session on the draft documents of the Provincial Party Congress, held on September 8, 2025

At the same time, opinions were sought from delegates attending the meeting on the documentary film to be screened at the Provincial Party Congress; the distribution of materials at the congress; transportation arrangements for delegates and guests; the preparation of working rooms for the congress; the participation of guests in congress sessions; the plan to organize a tribute at the provincial martyrs’ cemetery; the cultural program at the opening session and the artistic performance celebrating the success of the congress; plans for visual communication, decorations, and the arrangement of working and functional rooms; the plan for holding exhibitions and displays to serve the delegates; and the program of the Youth Union members and members of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization that congratulate the congress.

Regarding the timing of the congress, the Politburo has approved for Dong Nai province to hold the Provincial Party Congress over 2 days on September 29 and 30, 2025
