Uplifting atmosphere built ahead of Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress

All 99 Party organizations under Dong Nai provincial Party Committee have successfully held their congresses for the 2025-2030 term. In just about 20 days, the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term will officially take place.

Agencies, units, and localities throughout Dong Nai have actively and creatively promoted propaganda on the Party congresses at all levels under various forms. These efforts have contributed to fostering a vibrant, enthusiastic atmosphere that reflects the people's confidence and excitement toward the essential political events of the province and of the nation.

A lively celebration

In Phu Rieng commune, the vibrant red color of the national and Party flags can be seen everywhere, from the communal center to every residential area. On September 8, in implementation of the commune’s Party Committee’s plan on propagandizing the Party congresses at all levels, officials, Party members, and residents across all 19 hamlets in the whole commune have synchronously launched visual propaganda activities such as decorating main roads with national flags, installing banners, and slogans about the Party Congresses….

Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Rieng Commune Party Committee, shared: “To celebrate the success of the commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, in the lead-up to the Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, our commune is intensifying propaganda efforts in various forms.” In addition to four previously completed projects commemorating the Party congresses, the commune has recently registered two more projects at the commune level in celebration of the Party congresses at all levels, including the Ho Chi Minh Traditional Space and the Green Phu Rieng Club.

“The project on Ho Chi Minh Traditional Space is designed to form an additional ‘red address’ for political and ideological education, contributing to nurturing faith, unity, and aspirations for building a developed, friendly, and warm-hearted Phu Rieng. Meanwhile, the formation of the Green Phu Rieng Club aims to mobilize collective strength of union members, association members, and people from all walks of life to protect the environment and create a green, clean, and beautiful surrounding area,” the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Rieng Commune Party Committee added.

The commune has also recently organized a conference to disseminate, thoroughly understand and launch the implementation of the resolution of the first Phu Rieng Commune Party Congress among officials, Party members in the Party organization, while simultaneously gathering feedback on the draft documents for the upcoming Provincial Party Congress.

Gia Kiem commune has a substantial proportion of religious followers, with more than 98%. In recent times, thanks to effective propaganda work, all policies and guidelines of the Party and State have been widely agreed upon and supported by the people in the commune. The Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term - a series of significant political events of the country - have garnered trust and excitement from the commune’s residents.

La Nguyen Minh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Gia Kiem Commune, stated: “The propaganda about the Party congresses at all levels has been effectively promoted before, during, and after each congress. We’ve adopted diverse formats, ranging from banners and slogans at cultural centers, main roads, and key locations, to local websites and social media platforms.”

“The propaganda content is constantly updated to match each stage of the congress process. At this time, the commune focuses on disseminating to bring the resolutions of the commune's Party Congress into practice and intensifying propaganda on the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress to create a lively and exciting atmosphere among the people,” La Nguyen Minh Hien emphasized.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Gia Kiem commune, said: Gia Kiem is home to a large Catholic community. In its propaganda, the commune has attached importance to fostering a good relation and close coordination with parish priests. As a result, the commune always receives active support from the priests in carrying out political and socio-economic development tasks.

Meanwhile, in the remote commune of Dak Lua, Nguyen Thanh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Commune People’s Committee, shared that twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, the commune’s loudspeakers broadcast key news and information of the commune, of the province and of the nation to local residents, including updates on the Party congresses.

Information about the Party congress is disseminated directly at meetings of residential areas via local officials and trusted figures in ethnic minority groups.

Intensified propaganda on the upcoming Party Congress

These days, the websites of many agencies and units across Dong Nai are prominently displaying banners celebrating the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Social media pages and community groups of the units and localities are also actively sharing positive content related to the preparation for the provincial Party congress.

As Dong Nai’s leading communications agency, the Party Committee and Editorial Board of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio-Television has directed to open dedicated sections and columns, and launched systematic, in-depth news coverage and programs on the Party congresses at all levels, considering this as a core political mission.

In particular, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio - Television has developed and launched a peak communication campaign on the upcoming first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress and the dissemination plan on the resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term across multiple media platforms, including print, online, radio, and television. The digital platforms of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio - Television are being fully leveraged to serve this central political mission.

“Through various mass media outlets and visual communication methods, I’ve learned a lot about the Party congresses at different levels, especially the upcoming first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, scheduled to be held on September 29 to 30. According to the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, agencies, units, and localities are urged to intensify propaganda on the Party congresses with engaging, practical, and targeted content. The work should be closely linked with propaganda on the celebration of major national holidays in 2025, the implementation of socio-economic development and national defense and security tasks, especially the political system’s organizational apparatus. These propaganda activities will help foster a joyful and lively atmosphere, while reinforcing trust of officials, Party members and people in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
