On September 20, Trang Bom and Binh Minh communes held their first Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term.

Trang Bom commune comprises 22 hamlets with a population of nearly 99,700. During the previous term, the VFF and its member organizations in Trang Bom effectively implemented patriotic emulation movements, promptly captured public sentiment and aspirations, and contributed to strengthening the relationship between the people and the Party and the State. These efforts helped enhance the great national unity bloc.
Over the term, the commune’s VFF conducted 130 community investment monitoring sessions across socio-economic sectors; mobilized local contributions of over 280 million VND to implement the nationwide campaign “Joining hands to eliminate makeshift and dilapidated housing” in 2025; raised more than 365 million VND for the movement on repaying debts of gratitude; and helped establish and strengthen two liaison committees for overseas Vietnamese.

At the congress, 200 delegates representing people from all walks of life reached a consensus to elect 52 members (with 11 vacancies) to the VFF Committee of Trang Bom commune for the 2025-2030 term. They also selected two delegates to attend the 1st VFF Congress of Dong Nai Province for the 2025-2030 term and voted to adopt the resolution of the congress.

During its first congress, the VFF Committee of Trang Bom commune reached a consensus to vote the Standing Committee, the Chairperson, and Vice-Chairpersons of the commune VFF Committee. Tran Thi Hong Thao was re-elected as Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Trang Bom commune for the new term.
*Also on the morning of September 20, the 1st VFF Congress of the Binh Minh commune for the 2025-2030 term was successfully held. Nguyen Tat Do, Vice Chairman of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai province, attended the event.
In the previous term, the VFF Committee of Binh Minh commune effectively fulfilled its role as a political alliance, contributing to the consolidation of the great national unity bloc. As a commune with more than 85% of its population being Catholic followers, including 9 parishes and 7 religious congregations, its VFF actively engaged in communication and mobilization efforts, encouraging religious communities to participate in meaningful movements and models.
Through the campaign "All People Unite to Build New-style Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas," all 9 hamlets in the commune maintained their cultural status. The commune successfully established 93 self-managed roads, including 5 exemplary model roads and 65 roads meeting the “bright-green-clean-beautiful” standards.

At the congress, 120 delegates representing people from all walks of life in the commune reached a consensus to elect 49 members (with 2 vacancies) to the VFF Committee of Binh Minh commune for the 2025-2030 term. The congress also elected one delegate to attend the 1st VFF Congress of Dong Nai province for the 2025-2030 term and voted to adopt the congress resolution.
At its first congress, the VFF Committee of Binh Minh commune held consultations to elect the Standing Committee, Chairperson, and Vice Chairpersons. Bui Van Doan was re-elected as Chairman of the VFF Committee of Binh Minh commune for the new term.

*On the afternoon of September 20, the VFF Committee of Loc Thanh Commune convened its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The event was attended by Nguyen Tan Phu, Vice Chairman of the VFF Committee of Dong Nai Province, along with leaders of the Commune Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, and 120 outstanding delegates representing people from all walks of life in the commune.

During the previous term, the VFF of Loc Thanh commune successfully carried out the campaign “All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilized urban areas.” Each year, over 96% of households earned the title of “Cultural family,” and 100% of residential areas were recognized as “Cultural hamlets.” Notable grassroots initiatives, including “Security cameras,” “Lighting up rural roads,” and “Waste-free residential areas,” achieved tangible results. Social welfare programs received particular focus, with various forms of support for near-poor households, disadvantaged families, and ethnic minorities, totaling nearly VND 1 billion.
The congress set 8 key targets and 6 action programs for the new term, emphasizing the continuous promotion of the spirit of “Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Efficiency - Development,” while improving the effectiveness of social oversight, criticism, and advancing digital transformation at the grassroots level.

At the congress, delegates reached a consensus to elect 55 members to the 1st VFF Committee of Loc Thanh commune and selected one delegate to attend the 1st VFF Congress of Dong Nai province for the 2025-2030 term.
At its first congress, the newly elected committee held consultations to appoint the Standing Committee, Chairperson, and Vice Chairpersons. Le Hong Quan was re-elected as Chairman of the VFF Committee of Loc Thanh commune for the new term.
