In the men’s singles category, Tran Le Manh An earned a bronze medal after losing in the semifinals to Vietnam’s top-ranked men’s singles player, Nguyen Hai Dang from Ho Chi Minh City. He shared the bronze with Nguyen Tat Duy Loi from Lam Dong. This result marks a successful defense of the bronze medal that Manh An also won at the 2024 tournament.
Meanwhile, Vietnam’s No. 2 men’s singles player, Le Duc Phat, snapped his losing streak against top-ranked Nguyen Hai Dang with a commanding 2-0 victory (25-23, 21-15) in the final, clinching the championship title and avenging his earlier defeat at the 2025 National Badminton Championship for Outstanding Players held in Dong Nai.
