The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road Project, a key infrastructure initiative launched in 2022, carries a total investment of more than 1.5 trillion VND and is overseen by the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Management Board. As of September 2025, construction progress has reached only about 60 percent, primarily due to obstacles in site clearance. Notably, the clearance of nearly 4,000 square meters of land within the premises of Tinh Hoi Pagoda has stalled over procedural issues related to religious land.

Through discussions with local leaders, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province agreed to hand over the land area within Tinh Hoi Pagoda for the implementation of this key provincial project.

Leaders of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee and People's Committee expressed their appreciation and sincere thanks to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province for their support in agreeing to hand over the portion of land at Tinh Hoi Pagoda required for the project, even before compensation procedures for land and assets had been fully completed.

The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road project is one of the locality’s key infrastructure developments. To implement the project, more than 33 hectares of land must be acquired, affecting 390 households, individuals, and organizations.
