The organization and facilitation of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress must be conducted thoroughly and in strict accordance with regulations

On the afternoon of September 15, Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies, chaired a working session with the teams under the Organizational Subcommittee serving the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Delegation for the 2025–2030 term. These teams are in charge of Protocol, Ceremonial, Logistics, Technical, and Medical affairs for the upcoming event.

At the working session, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee Office Tran Van Xuan outlined the assignment of tasks to members of the protocol, ceremonial, logistics, technical, and medical teams.

Accordingly, agencies including the Provincial Party Committee Office; the Provincial People’s Committee Office; the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism; the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People’s Council; Dong Nai Electricity Company; the Department of Health; and Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television are responsible for advising on the selection of the congress venue. Their responsibilities also include preparing budget estimates and ensuring funding for the congress; organizing group discussion sessions during the congress; ensuring protocol arrangements, electricity, water supply, medical support, technical infrastructure and communications management.

To date, the agencies and units assigned to organize and support the congress have submitted recommendations to the Provincial Standing Party Committee for the approval of the congress budget and venue. They have also developed design plans for the decoration of key areas, including the main auditorium, main entrance, and breakout discussion rooms. In addition, preparations are being made for an exhibition at the congress highlighting Dong Nai Province’s outstanding achievements in economic development, culture, social affairs, national defense, and security.

Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television has intensified its propaganda efforts on the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term through print, online, television and radio channels. The agency is producing documentaries for screening at the congress, television reports, online article series and a special newspaper edition to mark the event. Technical preparations are also underway for the live broadcast of the congress. Following the congress, the media units will organize a political talk show combined with artistic performances to celebrate its success and continue promoting the implementation of the congress’s resolutions.

For visual propaganda efforts, once the promotional designs for the congress are approved, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will distribute them to local authorities for dissemination and will also conduct propaganda campaigns along key provincial routes. The department will additionally develop artistic programs to serve the congress and celebrate its success.

Meanwhile, the Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee will organize a press conference on the Provincial Party Congress.

In conclusion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Bao emphasized that all assigned agencies and units must develop detailed implementation plans for each task and clearly designate the responsible units and individuals.

Delegates summoned to attend the congress must gather in accordance with regulations. Congress documents must be sent to delegates in advance to allow sufficient time for review. All activities during the congress must be based on detailed scripts and carefully calculated plans tailored to each specific agenda item.

A designated press area must be arranged for journalists at the congress. All propaganda content for press coverage, visual propaganda, and other support activities for the congress must be thoroughly reviewed to ensure full compliance with regulations, with no room for error.

Regarding Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television, the documentary script to be screened at the congress must be submitted to the Provincial Party Committee this week. The content must adhere to required duration and content, showcasing Dong Nai’s achievements after its 5-year implementation of the Resolution of the 2020–2025 Provincial Party Congress and outlining the province’s strategy for the 2025–2030 term.
