This is one of the tasks to implement Official Letter No. 227-CV/TU dated August 1, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee on the implementation of Directive No. 11-CT/TW dated December 28, 1996 of the Politburo (8th tenure) on the subscription and reading of 5 types of Party newspapers and magazines (Directive 11), including Dong Nai newspaper.

Accordingly, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television conducted surveys on newspaper distribution in some wards and communes in the province; surveyed the subscription of Party newspapers under Directive 11 and surveyed the recipients of complimentary newspapers, particularly senior Party members, to provide a basis for seeking approval from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to distribute complimentary newspapers to Party members with 40 or more years of Party membership across Dong Nai province.

The surveys showed that, despite many efforts and improvements, newspaper distribution through the postal system has still been delayed in some areas. In some places, readers must wait until late morning, or even late afternoon in remote, distant communes to receive the newspapers. This causes a "delay" in receiving latest news, failing to promptly meet readers' needs for official information, especially urgent news concerning livelihood issues across the province.

At the working session, both sides discussed, identified existing shortcomings and difficulties, and proposed solutions to resolve them to help newspaper distribution work be more effective and meet readers' requirements.

Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television Nguyen Thi Minh Nham stated that: In order for newspaper distribution to meet requirements, first, the provincial Post Office needs to first coordinate in surveying recipients; review the list and update it promptly so that newspapers are delivered directly to readers. In particular, the delivery process must ensure that newspapers reach readers in the morning and are delivered to the correct recipients. Regarding difficulties with distribution pricing, Dong Nai Post Office needs to propose distribution prices that are appropriate to reality. This will also motivate and encourage the postal staff to take greater responsibility in newspaper distribution.

The Editor-in-Chief also expressed the desire for stronger cooperation on communication work, to bring the image of Dong Nai Post Office to the public, contributing to the fulfilment of tasks and the common development of 2 units.

Director of Dong Nai Post Office Le Thi Ha Nhung pledged that the provincial postal staff will improve newspaper distribution, and expressed readiness to cooperate with Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television in communication work and other activities.
