On the morning of September 27, Him Lam Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Social Housing Project located in Hamlet 5, Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai Province. This project is one of several developments simultaneously launched by the province to celebrate the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term and in anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Attending the ceremony were Vu Ngoc Long, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade; Nguyen Quang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Tan Trieu ward; along with representatives from local agencies and businesses.

The Social Housing Project in Hamlet 5, Tan Trieu ward, has been assigned by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to Him Lam Joint Stock Company as the project investor. According to the company, the project covers approximately 2.38 hectares and carries a total investment of over 1.3 trillion VND. It will develop a modern, integrated social housing complex designed to meet the housing needs of hundreds of civil servant and worker households in Dong Nai Province, helping to address the urgent demand for affordable housing among workers, laborers, and policy beneficiaries in the area.

Speaking at the event, Vu Ngoc Long, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai Province, emphasized that the Social Housing Project in Hamlet 5, Tan Trieu ward, will contribute to the province’s social housing development targets, promote sustainable urbanization, and provide stable living conditions for hundreds of households. In addition, the project will be integrated with nearby industrial parks, help attract high-quality labor, and serve as a catalyst for local socio-economic development.
