At Hung Vuong High School (Binh Phuoc ward), following the opening ceremony, Traffic Police Team No. 4 handed out leaflets and spoke to students at the school gate about essential traffic safety skills when traveling on Road DT741.
Specifically, the section of DT741 running through Binh Phuoc ward, despite having a hard median strip, has a narrow roadway. Daily traffic volume is high, and on holidays it spikes sharply, increasing the risk of congestion and accidents. For this reason, students and residents in the locality using DT741 are urged to observe speed limits strictly, stay in the correct lanes, and avoid speeding or reckless overtaking.
