Professional training on Party-building work for commune-level officials and civil servants to be held in October

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies has signed and issued Plan No. 34-KH/TU dated September 17, 2025, regarding the professional training program for officials and civil servants working in advisory and supporting bodies, as well as public service units under the Party Committees of communes, wards, and equivalent levels in 2025.

The training program will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1 will take place at the Dong Nai Provincial School of Politics (Binh Phuoc ward) and is dedicated to Standing members of the Party Committees from 40 communes and wards; leaders and lecturers from the provincial Party Commissions and the provincial Party Committee’s Office; and leaders and civil servants of advisory and supporting agencies under the commune-level and ward-level Party Committees.

Phase 2 will be held at the Hall of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee (Tran Bien ward). Participants will include leaders and officials, civil servants from the advisory and supporting bodies of four Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; standing members of Party executive committees and cell committees under these four Party Committees under the provincial Party Committee; Standing members of Party Committees from 55 communes and wards; leaders and lecturers from the provincial Party Commissions and the Provincial Party Committee’s Office; and leaders and civil servants of advisory and supporting units under the commune-level or ward-level Party Committees (depending on the relevant training content).

The training duration will last four days in October. The program aims to enhance professional capacity in works related to organizing Party building, propaganda and mass mobilization, internal affairs, and Party Committee office affairs for the cadres and civil servants working in advisory, supporting bodies, and public service units of Party Committee at commune and equivalent levels to support the effective implementation of political tasks at the local level.

In addition, the training aims to enhance the professional competency of officials and civil servants across various positions and fields, thereby meeting the operational demands following the apparatus restructuring, for a streamlined, efficient, effective, and impactful operation.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has emphasized that the training content must be practical, closely aligned with central and provincial guidelines and regulations. The focus should be placed on the professional knowledge of each advisory and supporting body under the Party Committees, while maintaining close relevance to local realities. The organization of the training must be substantive and practical, incorporating practical discussions and handling issues that arise during the operation of the Party Committees.
