At the reporters’ conference in the third quarter of 2025 by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on September 24, Deputy Party Secretary of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Dung said: From July 1, 2025, both Party organizations of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee and of the Binh Phuoc provincial People’s Committee were merged and began operations. The Party organization of the new Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee is a large one, with 78 grassroots Party organizations, 80 affiliated Party committees, 569 subordinate Party cells and nearly 19 thousand Party members.

To promptly provide official and up-to-date information, orient ideology, and contribute to raising political awareness and strengthening trust among cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and employees across the Party organization, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee organized the reporters’ conference in third quarter of 2025.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Dung requested: Grassroots Party cells and Party Committees must thoroughly grasp and disseminate the purpose, requirements, and contents of the conference to cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and employees at agencies, units, and enterprises. The contents of the conference should be associated with the implementation of political tasks at each unit.

At the conference, over 500 delegates including reporters of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee, representatives in charge of propaganda work of grassroots Party cells and Party Committees, as well as cadres and Party members of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee’s agency cell, were informed about international, regional and domestic situations in the first 9 months of 2025. At the same time, they studied the topic “The soft power of a nation” and Vietnam’s application of its soft power in the current context.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming period, Deputy Head of the Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee Truong Thi Ngoc Hien requested: In terms of Party building and the political system, grassroots Party cells and Party Committees should strengthen propaganda before, during and after the first provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.
In addition, propaganda should highlight the significance and importance of Party cell activities, the task groups and solutions mentioned in Directive 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period. The propaganda should also cover the initial results in restructuring organizational apparatus, administrative units, building the two-tier local administration model, and the implementation of newly issued Politburo resolutions...
With respect to socio-economic development, propaganda should focus on leadership, direction, and determination of the Party, the authorities, sectors, and localities, as well as the active participation of the people and business community to achieve growth rates of 8% nationwide and 10% in the province. There’s a need to disseminate socio-economic development results since the beginning of the year and the tasks for the remaining months of the year.
In addition, the grassroots Party cells and Party Committees should strengthen propaganda on foreign affairs, focusing on external activities of the Party and government leaders, as well as provincial leaders, and achievements in ensuring human rights to counter distorted arguments on human rights in Vietnam…
