In addition, to better seize market opportunities, the Department of Industry and Trade has actively guided businesses to strengthen e-commerce and on-the-spot exports, enabling Vietnamese goods to more quickly access the expansive ASEAN and Chinese markets. The Chinese government places strong emphasis on the China–ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, viewing it as the world’s most open and wide-reaching trade deal. Domestic businesses need to rapidly adopt new technologies and modern management practices to ensure their products meet required standards and criteria, thereby enabling participation in global supply chains.
