Dong Nai to hold press conference on upcoming Provincial Party Congress on September 25

On September 17, Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies, and Head of the Subcommittee for Organizing and Serving the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, announced that in preparation for the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, the province will hold a press conference on September 25, 2025, to provide information on the organization of the congress and the province’s socio-economic, national defense, and security situation over the first nine months of the year.

The press conference will provide information on the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, along with an overview of the province’s socio-economic, national defense, and security situation over the first nine months of 2025. The event is intended to inform Party members, officials, and residents across the province about the significance and importance of the Congress; major viewpoints, policies, and strategic directions set out in the Congress documents. It also aims to affirm the role of official information in guiding public opinion, strengthening public trust, fostering ideological unity, and generating momentum for emulation movements in the lead-up to the Congress.

The event will cover key details of the Congress, including: the official opening and closing dates; the number of participating delegations and delegates; the agenda; highlights of the political documents to be presented, including the theme, motto, core goals, main targets, and key tasks for 2025-2030; and the current state of the province’s socio-economic development, national defense, and public security.

Attendees will include leaders of the Party committees’ departments and the Office of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial departments and agencies, representatives from several wards, and journalists from 26 media outlets based both inside and outside Dong Nai province.

The press conference is scheduled for September 25, 2025.
