Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee implements decisions on personnel work

On the morning of September 23, Thai Bao – Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Head of its Organization Commission, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies – presided over a conference to announce the Standing Committee’s decisions on personnel work.

Among those in attendance were Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chairman of its Inspection Commission; members of the Provincial Party Committee, including Bui Thi Yen, Deputy Head of the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee; Vien Hong Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People’s Council of Bien Hoa Ward; along with senior officials from various agencies and units.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has decided to transfer Truong Tan Nhat Linh, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, to Binh Phuoc Rubber One Member Company Limited, effective September 19, 2025. He has been appointed Chairman of the Members’ Council of the company for a five-year term.

Tran The Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, has been reassigned to the Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee, effective September 19, 2025. He has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee, and will serve as Deputy Secretary of the Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Nguyen Thi Bich Lien, member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, has been reassigned to the Dong Phu Commune Party Committee, effective September 19, 2025. She has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee, and will serve as Deputy Secretary of the Dong Phu Commune Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

On behalf of the Standing members and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Thai Bao extended his congratulations to the officials receiving their appointments. He highlighted that personnel transfers and assignments are routine and essential in Party building, ensuring timely reinforcement and consolidation of leadership teams across agencies, units, and localities. This process contributes significantly to strengthening the cadre workforce. For those assigned from the provincial level to grassroots positions, this provides them with an opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to enhancing overall leadership capacity in carrying out the responsibilities of their respective units and localities.

Thai Bao encouraged the newly appointed officials to diligently pursue ongoing learning, uphold and strengthen their political integrity, and cultivate exemplary moral character. He emphasized the importance of leveraging their capabilities, experience, and expertise to actively contribute to the leadership and effective management of their respective localities and units. Furthermore, he called for a strong spirit of unity and consensus within the Party committees and leadership of their units, transforming this collective strength into concrete actions and achievements to fulfill the set goals and objectives, particularly the implementation of the resolutions of the 2025–2030 Party Congresses at all levels.
