Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee highlights key agenda items ahead of the first Provincial Party Congress

At the conference, the Congress Organizing Committee informed about some common activities of the delegates attending the upcoming congress. Accordingly, the congress materials include the document booklets submitted to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and draft documents for the 14th National Party Congress; badges; a special edition of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television to welcome the congress.

In addition, several congress-related information materials are now available on the internal information system featuring artificial intelligence (AI) integration. Delegates can access them at: daihoi.dongnai.gov.vn to view documents and utilize the AI application for all congress-related information.

The attire of official delegates will follow the regulations set by the Congress Organizing Committee. Delegation seating is arranged according to a seating chart, with each delegate assigned a numbered seat.

Delegates at the congress will be divided into 5 discussion groups according to topics: Party building and the political system; economy, infrastructure, logistics, digital transformation, and the green economy; culture, society, education, health, and environment; national defense, security, and foreign affairs; and mass mobilization, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations. (The discussion sessions are scheduled for the morning of September 29, 2025)

In her directive speech at the conference, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh requested that official delegates strictly comply with the congress agenda. Heads of the delegations from Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee were asked to direct and notify subordinate Party Organizations to organize for their cadres and Party members to watch the congress live on DN1, DN2, and DN3 channels of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television. She emphasized that this should be considered a comprehensive and in-depth political campaign of great significance for the entire provincial Party Organization and the citizens of Dong Nai.

Delegates were urged to thoroughly study the documents, actively engage in discussions, and highlight the strengths and advantages of their localities in order to propose to the province appropriate policies and solutions for development.
